Engine Specifications
DEK Model F420, single cylinder diesel 4-stroke motor with direct fuel injection, forced air-cooled with fan flywheel and full pressure lubrication through lobe pump. Engine displacement 418cc, bore 86mm, stroke 72mm, max horsepower 10HP at 3600rpm. Electric start with manual recoil back-up (built in decompressor for manual starting). 5 litre fuel tank (over 2 hours continuous running)

Volute Body And Head: Aluminium Alloy CC601 heat-treated To T6 Hardness (optional Bronze available). Impeller: 6 stage, Aluminium Alloy CC601 fully enclosed (optional Bronze available). Shaft Seal: Spring loaded Balanced Mechanical Carbon Ceramic. Priming: Optional Diaphragm type hand operated. Frame: Supplied on base frame (as pictured above). Optional stainless steel full cage, fold-away handles with rubber hand grips.
